TheraFound processes: (1) account data you provide (email, practice details); (2) publicly available professional information used to create unclaimed profiles, processed under legitimate interest — practitioners can claim, correct or remove their profile at any time via hello@therafound.ai; (3) scan inputs, which are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter and model vendors) to generate reports; (4) website audit fetches of URLs you submit. We do not sell personal data. UK/EU users have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Payment data is handled by Stripe; we never store card details. Cookies: a session cookie (signed, essential) and a region preference cookie.
